Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AdLaunch AI, a service operated by BizAutoFlow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business, Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, and other assets you connect. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping credentials secure.

Advertising responsibility

You remain responsible for campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, schedules, destinations, claims, disclosures, uploaded materials, and final publication. You must have all rights and permissions needed for the content and data you use and must follow applicable law and Meta's terms and advertising standards.

AI-generated content

AI suggestions are drafts and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review and approve all claims, prices, targeting, and creative content. AdLaunch AI does not provide legal, financial, or advertising-policy approval.

Meta publishing

Meta is a separate service with its own terms, permissions, review processes, and availability. AdLaunch AI attempts to create new Meta campaign objects paused unless you explicitly activate them. API failures may leave some valid paused objects in Meta; the application identifies created object IDs when available.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized activity; to access assets you do not manage; or to evade platform safeguards and review requirements.

Your content and our service

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide, secure, and improve the service. AdLaunch AI software, design, and branding remain owned by BizAutoFlow or its licensors.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or depend on third-party services. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee ad approval, delivery, leads, sales, or financial results. To the extent permitted by law, BizAutoFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, third-party platform decisions, or advertising spend you authorize.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, responsibility, disclaimers, and limitations, will survive.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact bizautoflow@gmail.com with questions.
