BizAutoFlow ("we", "us", or "our") operates AdLaunch AI. This policy explains how AdLaunch AI collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the service.

Information we collect

We process account and workspace details, business and brand information, campaign inputs and generated copy, uploaded media, billing and usage records, and support communications. When you connect Meta, we also process the identifiers and permissions for the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, business portfolios, ad accounts, pixels, campaigns, leads, conversations, and performance insights that Meta makes available to your account.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, maintain workspaces, generate and improve advertising drafts, connect authorized Meta assets, create and monitor campaigns at your direction, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

Business information and campaign instructions may be sent to an AI service to generate or analyze advertising content. Do not submit secrets or personal information that is not needed for an advertising task. AI output is a draft and must be reviewed before use.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for application hosting, OpenAI for AI-assisted content, and Meta for connected advertising features. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or during a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Meta data and credentials

AdLaunch AI requests only the Meta permissions needed for enabled features. Access tokens are stored server-side and are not displayed in the browser. You may remove AdLaunch AI from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings or disconnect it within AdLaunch AI. Removing access stops future collection but does not automatically delete campaigns already created in Meta.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect security. You may request deletion by following our data deletion instructions. We delete or de-identify eligible information and explain any information that must be retained.

Security

We use access controls, database row-level security, encrypted connections, and server-side credential storage. No security method is perfect, so users should protect their sign-in credentials and report suspected misuse promptly.

Your choices

You may access and update business information in the application, disconnect Meta, or request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.

Children

AdLaunch AI is a business advertising service and is not directed to children under 18.
